Adding a Firm User

You can add, edit, or remove users of your firm. To do this, click the top right menu and select Manage Firm.

Editing a Firm User

To edit a firm user’s information, click the three dots (below Actions) and select Edit User.

You can edit the user’s first name, last name, and phone number. Please contact us if you want to change the firm access.

Removing a Firm User

Removing a firm user is easy. Simply click the three dots again (under Actions) and select Remove User.

Once clicked, a confirmation pop-up will show asking you if you are sure of removing this firm user.

Adding a Firm User

Add a firm user by clicking the Invite Firm User (+ icon).

This pop-up will show which includes:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Firm Access

When you click Firm Access, it will prompt you to choose which access you will give to the firm user you are adding. You can choose whether you’ll give them admin, full, or basic access.

After you add the user, he or she will receive the following email:

Sending Sign-in Link

If your staff needs to get the above email again, click the three dots (under Actions) and select Send Sign-in Link.

Once you click Send Sign-in Link, an email will be sent to the user. The email looks like this:

User has to click Open Link to open their accounts on Soraban and set up a password.
