Activity Logs allow you to track your clients' actions, as well as efforts made by your team members, like an audit trail.
All team members have access to each other's activity but their view on client activity may be limited based on their level of access. (Team members with "basic" level access will only be able to see the activity of their clients they're assigned to.)
The logs will include multiple actions – from information changes, to document changes, to questionnaire changes.
You can filter these logs to show only specific activity via the drop down menu at the top of the popup.
